REFUNDS, EXCHANGE, AND REPLACEMENTS:
- All our Products have 30-days Return Policy starting from the date of purchase. Must request an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization).
- All returned merchandise are to be tested and inspected according to reasons/ claims why it is being returned before any decisions will be made.
- All returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all other accessories (i.e. screws, bass knobs, plastic coverings, protective films, etc.) Failure to meet any of these requirements will result in a higher restocking fee or denial of return request.
- All DOA (Dead on Arrival)/ Defective items must be reported within 48 hours after receiving the item.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. Only the purchase price of the product is refundable.
- When ordering for a Car Alarm Replacement remote make sure you are ordering the correct one or give us a call to check if it is compatible with your Car/ Car alarm. This is to avoid returns and paying for restocking fee charges.
Reasons for unapproved returns:
- Applicable only for items purchased within 30-days.
- IMPORTANTLY, DEFECTIVE OR NON DEFECTIVE All Items should be returned in a good/ well-packed condition. Failure to comply with our Terms and Conditions may lead to UNAPPROVED RETURNS.
- All UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS are subject to 20% restocking fee and UNAPPROVED RETURNS are subject to NO REFUND, EXCHANGE, REPLACEMENT, and OR REPAIR.
- Physical damage: Item is scratched, torn, wet, burned, blown, signs of misuse, and faulty installation DEFECTIVE or non DEFECTIVE
- Reasons for unacceptable returns:
- Factory sealed items: If it’s opened and tampered except for certain items
- Applicable for items purchased more than 30-days but not later than a year.
- Brand new:
- All purchased brand new products have 1 year warranty from DiscountCentralOnline.
- All purchased refurbished products have 90-days warranty from DiscountCentralOnline.
